These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from and use of the Magical Moments Wreaths website. By

placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies posted on the website.

Our Products

Magical Moments Wreaths creates handcrafted wreaths and related decorative products. Handmade items

may have natural or artistic variations. Product photographs are intended to show the actual item as

accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings may affect how colors appear.

One-of-a-Kind Designs

Many ready-made wreaths are one-of-a-kind. Once a one-of-a-kind item is sold, the exact item may no longer

be available.

Orders

An order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted. We may cancel

an order if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or

we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the cancelled item

will be refunded as required by law.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be charged when required. Shipping is free when the

website states that free shipping applies.

Payment

We accept Apple Pay and any other payment methods that are displayed at checkout. Payment services may

be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

All Sales are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Magical Moments Wreaths does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind,

color preference, size preference, or other buyer preference after purchase. This policy does not limit rights or

remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply when merchandise is not delivered,

arrives damaged, or is materially different from what was ordered.

Shipping

Ready-made, in-stock items are scheduled to ship the next business day after a properly completed order.

This is a shipment date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit times are outside our direct control. If

we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or

refund required by applicable law.

Damage in Transit

If an order arrives damaged, contact customerservice@magicalmomentswreaths.com within 48 hours of

delivery. Please include your order information and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging so

we can evaluate the damage and determine an appropriate remedy.

Indoor / Covered Outdoor Use

Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, our wreaths are designed for indoor or covered outdoor

display. Exposure to direct rain, snow, prolonged moisture, excessive heat, strong sunlight, or other weather

may damage decorative materials or cause fading.

Website Content

The photographs, product descriptions, branding, text, graphics, and other original content on this website are

owned by or used with permission by Magical Moments Wreaths and may not be copied or commercially

reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Availability and Errors

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Because many items are one-of-a-kind,

an item may occasionally become unavailable before the website updates. We may correct typographical,

pricing, or listing errors. We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s

agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without attempting

to waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ready-made, in-stock wreaths are scheduled to ship the next business day after we receive a properly completed order.

What “Next Business Day” Means

Orders are prepared for shipment on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. The shipment promise refers to when the package is given to the carrier, not the date it will arrive.

Free Shipping

When a product listing or checkout states “Free Shipping,” Magical Moments Wreaths pays the standard shipping charge for that order. Optional expedited services, if offered, may have an additional charge.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Magical Moments Wreaths unless we expressly state otherwise.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, that may include agreeing to a revised shipment date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

Correct Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered shipment processing.

Damage in Transit

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, email customerservice@magicalmomentswreaths.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the wreath and shipping packaging.

All Sales Final / Refund & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Magical Moments Wreaths does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and other details carefully before purchasing.

The all-sales-final policy applies to ready-made items and special/custom orders. It does not eliminate any remedy that applicable law requires, including remedies that may apply when an order is not delivered, arrives damaged, or is materially different from what was ordered.

For shipping damage, contact customerservice@magicalmomentswreaths.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the circumstances and provide the remedy required by applicable law and, where appropriate, any additional resolution we choose to offer.

Special & Custom Order Policy

Handmade Means Unique

Each Magical Moments Wreaths design is handcrafted. A special order inspired by an existing wreath will not

be an exact duplicate. Materials, ribbon patterns, florals, embellishments, placement, and other details may

vary based on availability and the handmade nature of the work.

Customer Requests

We will use the agreed design direction, colors, theme, size, and other details as the guide for the order. If a

requested material becomes unavailable, we will contact you before making a material change that would

significantly alter the agreed design.

Final Sale

ALL SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged because the

item was made or selected for the customer. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and Cancellations

begin promptly and materials may be purchased or committed for the order, a requested change or

cancellation is not guaranteed once work has begun. Nothing in this section limits a cancellation or refund

that is required by law.

Completion and Shipping

The estimated completion and shipping timing for a special order will be communicated for that order. If we

cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law.
