Can I request a custom design for my home?

We love creating personalized wreaths that tell your unique story. Simply send us a message through our contact form with your vision, and we will collaborate with you on colors and styles to make something truly special.

Processing & Shipping

How long until my wreath ships?

Orders ship Monday through Friday via USPS Ground only. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.

Wreath Care

How do I keep my wreath looking beautiful?

To protect the delicate materials, display your wreath in a sheltered area away from direct rain and harsh sunlight. When the season ends, store it in a cool, dry place to keep the magic alive for next year.

Returns & Issues

What if I am unhappy with my order?

Since every wreath is hand-crafted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If your wreath arrives looking a bit flat or out of place, it most often just needs a gentle hand fluffing to bring it back to life. If you still feel something is wrong after fluffing, please email us with photos so we can review and help.

Gift Messages

Can I send a wreath as a gift?

Yes! During checkout, you can write a warm sentiment for your loved one. We will hand-write your message on an artisanal card and include it with the wreath to create an unforgettable moment.
